Dehydration (lack of fluids in the body) is a problem that can cause unpleasant health symptoms, such as headaches and muscle pain, and can have serious effects on vital organs such as the heart and kidneys.

The website "Focus Online" published a report on the subject, in which it pointed out some warning signs of dehydration, which some people may sometimes ignore.

According to a report prepared by some health experts, the most prominent signs of dehydration include: headaches, fatigue, decreased concentration, dry skin and mucous membranes, and digestive problems such as constipation.

The report also noted two additional possible signs of dehydration: the appearance of dark circles under the eyes and a general deterioration in health.

Health experts also warn that severe dehydration may present with several symptoms, including: little or no urination, dark-colored urine, low blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, sleep problems, severe dryness of the mouth, skin, and mucous membranes. A severe lack of fluids in the body can sometimes cause delirium or loss of consciousness.

Doctors advise drinking sufficient amounts of fluids and water daily, especially for those who live in hot environments or engage in intense physical activity, given the importance of fluids in maintaining the body's health, particularly the muscular system, blood, kidneys, and nervous system.
