The Ministry of Communication and Digital has announced that the results of its evaluation of telecommunications services during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr (RAFI) 2026 are considered stable thanks to collaborative monitoring between the government and telecommunications service providers.
This was conveyed by the Director General of Digital Infrastructure, Wayan Toni Supriyanto, while closing the 2026 RAFI Post.
"During the RAFI 2026 Command Post service period, there were no major disruptions. This is the result of collaborative efforts, which ensured 24-hour security," Wayan said in a statement received.
Evaluations show that national connectivity is stable despite the surge in traffic.
The highest download speed reached 112.16 Mbps on March 20 and the highest upload speed was 54.26 Mbps on March 30.
In the 2026 RAFI Post, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology conducted an assessment based on measuring service quality based on five criteria agreed upon by all operators.
