Terralogiq and Google are once again holding the Map The Way Indonesia 2026 technology forum, which will take place at Google's Jakarta office on May 5, 2026, with a focus on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and location intelligence to support strategic industrial transformation.
The forum coincided with more than 20 years of innovation on the Google Maps Platform, which since its launch in 2005 has evolved from a consumer navigation application into a global geospatial ecosystem for location-based decision-making.
Terralogiq Chief Technology Officer Farry Argoebie, in a press release received on Tuesday, said that location data in recent years has developed into a critical foundation in strategic business decision-making.
"Map The Way Indonesia 2026 aims to bridge industry players with real solutions, utilizing AI and Location Intelligence to address operational challenges and uncover previously unseen market opportunities. Companies that don't leverage location data and AI will lose out in operational efficiency in the next 2-3 years," he said.
