  Dewa United Banten had to settle for fourth place in the 2026 Basketball Champions League Asia-East after losing to Mongolian club Chinggis Broncos.

In the third-place match at the Larkin Stadium Indoor Arena, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, Sunday, Dewa United Banten lost with a score of 66-84 to Chinggis Broncos, according to FIBA ​​records.

The two teams met in the third place match after being eliminated in the semifinals, Dewa United Banten lost to Taoyuan Pauian Pilots (Taiwan), while Chinggis Broncos were defeated by South China (Hong Kong).

Nevertheless, this is a good achievement for Dewa United Banten, who in their first participation in the BCL Asia-East were able to reach the semifinals.

Meanwhile, the match was quite intense and the first quarter saw a score chase, but Chinggis Broncos emerged victorious with a narrow score of 20-15.

Dewa United did not stay silent in the second quarter and appeared sharp, managing to reduce the gap to 44-45, but Chinggis Broncos again locked in the lead with a narrow score of 47-46.

In the third quarter, Dewa United slowly showed their ability and managed to turn the situation around to 51-47, but Chinggis Broncos again showed their mettle and managed to regain the lead with a score of 65-55.

Entering the fourth quarter, Chinggis Broncos showed their class as last season's BCL Asia-East champions and did not give Dewa United many points, instead they became more comfortable before finally winning with a score of 84-66.
