Persib Bandung captain Marc Klok is confirmed to be absent due to having to serve a suspension for accumulated yellow cards in the final match of the 2025/2026 BRI Super League against Persijap Jepara at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium, Bandung.
Klok admitted he was disappointed with the punishment he received and plans to appeal after receiving his seventh yellow card of the season when Persib faced PSM Makassar at the Gelora BJ Habibie Stadium, Parepare.
"I'm sad. I will appeal the yellow card," Klok said in Bandung on Wednesday.
According to him, the yellow card was given when he was about to take the ball before an argument with the opponent occurred.
"Because I just wanted to take the ball, and they started saying bad things. I hope this appeal is successful," he said.
