Persebaya Surabaya midfielder Milos Raickovic revealed the meaning of his wrist-pointing celebration during his team's 4-0 win against PSBS Biak in the 31st week of the 2025/2026 BRI Super League.
"Time will tell. This isn't just about football, it's about life," Raickovic said in a press conference after the match at Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium in Surabaya on Saturday evening.
Despite scoring two goals in the match and being named the best player of the match, he emphasized that individual achievement was not the main thing for him.
According to him, the team's victory and success in maintaining a clean sheet record are far more important.
"I'm certainly happy with the two goals today. But as I said, the most important thing is our third consecutive clean sheet and third consecutive win," he said.
