The national team announced its provisional squad for the FIFA World Cup in June

 



  The Indonesian national team has announced its provisional squad for the FIFA World Cup 2026 on June 5 and 9, 2026, at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta.

On its Instagram account on Friday, Monday, the Indonesian national team revealed 44 players were called up by head coach John Herdman.

That includes goalkeeper Maarten Paes, defender Jay Idzes, midfielder Marselino Ferdinan, and striker Beckham Putra.

They will still be screened by John Herdman and the Indonesian National Team coaching team to become the final squad for the FIFA Matchday.

Indonesia will host Oman on June 5, 2026, then Mozambique four days later.
