Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic could potentially meet Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner in the Wimbledon semifinals, after being confirmed in the same section of the draw for the grasscourt Grand Slam which will take place.
Seven-time Wimbledon champion Djokovic, who is seeded seventh, will face China's Wu Yibing in the first round, and will play either Stefanos Tsitsipas or Hugo Gaston in the second round.
According to the ATP, Djokovic is favored to meet Arthur Rinderknech in the third round, Andrey Rublev or Brazilian Joao Fonseca in the fourth round, and third seed Felix Auger-Aliassime in the quarterfinals.
Sinner, who defeated Carlos Alcaraz in last year's final, will face Miomir Kecmanovic in the first round. The world number one will face the winner of the match between Nuno Borges and Tristan Boyer in the second round.
The 24-year-old is seeded to play Ignacio Buse in the third round and could face rising Spaniard Rafael Jodar or compatriot Luciano Darderi in the fourth round.
Sinner's quarterfinal opponent is Daniil Medvedev, who will face 2017 finalist Marin Cilic. Sinner holds a 10-7 lead over Medvedev in their head-to-head record and has won 10 of their last 11 meetings.
