Indonesian equestrian athletes closed the AEF/MANTENA Cup 2026 FEI CSI1 International Jumping Competition with gold and bronze medals at Equinara Horse Sports, International Equestrian Park Pulomas.
After winning silver on the first day, Saturday, the achievement on the final day was presented by Brandon Toa who won gold in the CSI1* Borrowed Horse Competition 115 cm with Jump-Off.
Aisha Maydina Hakim added to the pride of the Indonesian nation by winning bronze, while the silver medal was won by Thai rider Akkara Konglapamnuay.
The Chief Executive of the AEF/MANTENA Cup 2026 and President of Equinara Horse Sports, Adinda Yuanita, said she was proud of Indonesia's achievements, especially since this championship also serves as preparation for the Red and White team for the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya Prefecture, Japan.
"It's clear that Indonesian athletes are capable of competing with 12 other countries. This is certainly a huge motivation for future athlete development," Adinda said in an official statement.
Not only that, in the CS-12 INTime FEI CSIU25-A Jumping Competition 125 cm with Jump-Off number, it was dominated by Indonesian riders, with Maritza Aliyah Wardana as the winner.
The championship series also featured the FOLAGO National Elite Silver Tour 135 cm class. Teuku Rifat Renanda Harsya and his horse, Kastilia, emerged victorious in this prestigious event.
This is the first time that Indonesia has been trusted to host the CSI1 Borrowed Horse Competition under the auspices of the Asian Equestrian Federation (AEF) and the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI).
