Indonesia has 12 representatives remaining at the 2026 Macau Open after Anthony Sinisuka Ginting and Moh. Zaki Ubaidillah were confirmed absent from the BWF World Tour Super 300 tournament, which runs from June 16-21.
According to the BWF's official website on Monday, Indonesia will rely on Prahdiska Bagas Shujiwo, Muhamad Yusuf, and Richi Duta Richardo for the men's singles. These three are the remaining representatives of the Indonesian team after Ginting and Ubed withdrew due to health reasons.
Prahdiska is a name worth watching, having reached the final of the Super 100 Ruichang China Masters 2026 last March. He was also part of the Indonesian men's team that won a bronze medal at the 2026 Asian Team Championships.
Meanwhile, Richi and Muhamad Yusuf are part of the Pratama men's singles group of the 2026 PBSI National Training Center.
The women's singles division is strengthened by Thalita Ramadhani Wiryawan, Mutiara Ayu Puspitasari, and Ni Kadek Dhinda Amartya Pratiwi. All three are also part of the national women's singles regeneration project.
