Xiaomi Indonesia on Tuesday launched the Xiaomi 17T Series mobile phone, which comes with capable photography support resulting from the company's collaboration with German camera and lens manufacturer Leica.
"The Xiaomi 17T Series brings next-generation improvements to the camera, technology, and design. For the first time, Xiaomi is bringing major improvements across the board," said Xiaomi Indonesia Marketing Director Andi Renreng at the launch event held.
The Xiaomi 17T Series consists of the Xiaomi 17T Pro and the Xiaomi 17T.
As the highest model, the Xiaomi 17T Pro is equipped with three rear cameras with a 50-megapixel main camera that uses a 1/1.31-inch sensor.
The camera is combined with a Leica UltraPure optical lens and a Leica Summilux 1G+6P hybrid lens structure to produce photos with better detail and color.
In addition, there is a Leica 5x Telephoto camera that is supported by optical image stabilization (OIS), allowing users to produce 50-megapixel resolution photos at various focal lengths.
This feature can be used for macro photography up to a distance of 30 centimeters, 10x equivalent optical zoom, and 120x AI Ultra Zoom magnification.
For video shooting, the Xiaomi 17T Pro supports cinematic video recording up to 4K resolution at 60 frames per second.
This phone is equipped with Ultra-HD Live Moment 4K feature and smoother zoom effect with Freestyle and Portrait mode.
