Algerian striker Mounsef Bekar, the new Al Ahly player, spoke about joining the Red Castle, indicating that he feels very proud to be in the Club of the Century in Africa.
Al-Ahly club had completed the signing of Mounsef Bqarrar for 3 seasons during the current summer transfer window, coming from Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb.
He said in a video on the official page of Al-Ahly Club: “Welcome to the great Al-Ahly fans, I am proud to join the Red Castle, the Club of the Century in Africa, which is always present in the Club World Cup.”
He added: "I did not hesitate for a moment to join Al Ahly Club. I have great confidence and a great responsibility towards the fans of the Red Giant. God willing, we will achieve many titles in the coming period."
He continued: "The history of Al-Ahly Club is great; Al-Ahly is the past, present, and future. My goal is to create glory with Al-Ahly Club and always be on the podium."
It is worth noting that Al-Ahly succeeded in signing 3 other players in the current summer transfer window, in addition to Mounsef, namely the Moroccan Soufiane Benjedida and the duo Aktai Abdullah and Ali Mahmoud from Enppi.
