Indonesian tennis player Janice Tjen has been included in the main roster for the 2026 Mubadala DC Open WTA 500 tournament, which will take place in Washington, DC, United States, from July 27 to August 2.
According to the list of participants, as quoted from the WTA website on Tuesday, Janice is one of the tennis players who received a direct ticket to the women's singles main draw, along with a number of top names in the world.
World number eight Elina Svitolina is projected as the top seed. The tournament will also feature Marta Kostyuk, Naomi Osaka, Diana Shnaider, Iva Jovic, Jasmine Paolini, and Anna Kalinskaya.
In addition, the list of participants is also filled with tennis players ranked in the world's top 30, namely Madison Keys, Leylah Fernandez, Clara Tauson, Emma Navarro, Anastasia Potapova, and Ann Li.
Completing the list of participants who qualified directly for the main round are Alexandra Eala, Cristina Bucsa, Katerina Siniakova, Jacqueline Cristian, Wang Xinyu, Liudmila Samsonova, and Janice.
