Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli beat Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc to secure the title of the main race of the Belgian Formula 1 GP which took place at Spa-Francochamps, Sunday night.
Kimi Antonelli, who started the race from pole position, faced fierce resistance from Red Bull driver Max Verstappen.
Slowly, Kimi was able to seize the lead from Verstappen, who had experienced a drop in speed.
The race became even more intense when Leclerc was able to maneuver to take third place from George Russell.
Russell was battling with Lewis Hamilton for fourth place, but unfortunately Russell lost control and entered the gravel when entering turn six.
Rescue vehicles then entered the circuit to ensure Russell's incident was dealt with immediately.
Entering the fifth lap, the leading positions were still held by Kimi Antonelli, Verstappen, and Leclerc.
Midway through the race, Lando Norris took the lead after changing tires. Antonelli then followed Norris after completing his tire change.
