Minister of Manpower Yassierli will discuss various employment issues, including skills development, at the Labor and Employment Ministers' Meeting as part of the BRICS series on July 15–16, 2026, in India.
Manpower Minister Yassierli said that Indonesia's participation in the forum is part of an effort to expand international partnerships and increase collaboration in addressing global employment dynamics.
"The BRICS Forum is a crucial opportunity for Indonesia to strengthen international cooperation in the employment sector. Through this forum, Indonesia can exchange experiences, expand collaboration, and strengthen synergies in formulating policies that adapt to changes in the world of work," he said.
He added that the forum serves as a platform for BRICS member countries' labor ministers to strengthen cooperation and discuss the evolving challenges facing the world of work.
