The Attorney General's Office Deputy Attorney General for Supervision Rudi Margono emphasized that his office will handle the alleged corruption case involving the former (Special Crimes Supervisory Agency) with the initials FA professionally and with legal certainty. Rudi, who has also recently been appointed as Acting Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes said that the synergy in handling the case with the Indonesian National Police's Corruption Eradication Corps (Kortastipidkor) upholds the principle of presumption of innocence.
"Synergy to ensure that the handling of this case is truly professional, upholding the principle of presumption of innocence, so that there is certainty in its resolution," Rudi said at a press conference.
