Commander of the Indonesian Air Force Regional Command I Air Marshal Erwin Sugiandi said the fun walk and social service in the context of the 79th Indonesian National Armed Forces Air Force Service Day is a crucial momentum to strengthen relations with the community.
"We are holding this event so the public can get closer to the Air Force. This is a moment for the public to get to know the Indonesian Air Force firsthand," said Air Vice Marshal Erwin Sugiandi in a written statement on Sunday.
