The Indonesian U-18 men's national volleyball team defeated Bahrain with a convincing score to secure a top 10 position in the 2026 AVC Boys U18 Volleyball Championship.
In the match for 9th-12th place at Haikou Wuyuan River Gymnasium, China, Friday, the Indonesian team was able to dominate the match from the first set.
After a tight competition at the start of the set, with points exchanged until the score was level, Indonesia began to find its rhythm through a combination of fast attacks and disciplined defense.
A string of points from Rizqi Maulana and his teammates widened the gap, while Bahrain struggled to stop the Red and White's pace. Indonesia ultimately closed out the opening set with a convincing 25-16 victory.
