The Ministry of Communication and Digital has begun the verification process for 14 digital services owned by the technology company Apple to ensure that all features used by Indonesians meet child protection standards as stipulated in the TUNAS Government Regulation.
"Fourteen Apple product services and features have been submitted to us," said Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid in an official statement received and confirmed.
This was also conveyed to Apple Managing Director of Asia Pacific Mike Orgill in a meeting with the Minister of Communication and Digital Economy at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy Office.
The 14 services verified by Kemkomdigi cover various products within the Apple ecosystem including iMessage, Safari, Siri, Apple Music, Apple TV, and other digital services.
