The Ministry of Communication and Digital is opening up opportunities for citizens to provide input regarding the Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulation Number 01/PER/M.KOMINFO/01/2010 concerning the Provision of Telecommunication Networks and the Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulation Number 13 of 2019 concerning the Provision of Telecommunication Services.
According to a ministry press release , public consultations regarding the analysis and evaluation matrix of the two ministerial regulations have been opened.
Citizens can submit input and responses regarding the two regulations to the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure via email to cahy003@komdigi.go.id and khri001@komdigi.go.id until August 4, 2026.
