The national speed climbing team arrived in France at 2 a.m. local time to take part in the 2026 World Climbing Series Chamonix in France on July 10-12.
The Assistant Coach of the Indonesian Speed Climbing National Team, Fitriyani, said that seven athletes and one assistant coach, herself, had arrived earlier than the lead discipline team that followed from Indonesia.
"So we immediately shifted from the previous series, namely Krakow, Poland, which is why we arrived first," he said when contacted.
He explained that the team departed from the city of Krakow by plane.
Then transit in Geneva, Switzerland before continuing the journey to Chamonix, France.
