The third round of the 2026 National Drag Race Championship (Kejurnas) on July 25-26 at the Sentul Circuit in Bogor, West Java, will be held with an automotive festival concept to make the event more lively and interactive.
"The third round of the drag race, with its new concept, will be even more exciting, involving various automotive communities and enlivened by various exciting activities," said Hasanudin, the head of the Sentul Drag Record SIMPATI 5G race, in an official statement.
Held in collaboration with racing promoters Sonic Speed and Tonsco, the third round of the National Drag Race Championship featured 34 categories divided into the 201 meter Class and the 402 meter Class.
Of all the categories, six classes are the official classes of the National Drag Race Championship, namely the 8-second bracket, the 9-second non-diesel bracket, the 9-second diesel bracket, the 10-second non-diesel bracket, the 10-second diesel bracket, and the 9-second bracket.
Hasanudin explained that the new concept in the event, which is included in the official calendar of the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI), is an effort to provide a more complete experience for participants and spectators.
