French national team supporters have different choices when asked whether to face Spain or Belgium in the 2026 World Cup semifinals.
France just qualified for the last four of the tournament after defeating Morocco 2-0 at Boston Stadium, United States, on Thursday.
In the semifinals, they will face the winner of the quarter-final match between Spain and Belgium which will take place on Friday (10/7) at the Los Angeles Stadium, United States (US).
"If possible, I want us to meet Spain and beat them. That would be revenge for our defeat in the Euro 2024 semifinals," said French supporter Morgan.
In the Euro 2024 semifinals, France lost 2-1 to Spain despite taking the lead through Randal Kolo Muani (9'). Spain responded through goals from Lamine Yamal (21') and Dani Olmo four minutes later.
