Ferran Torres is linked with a move away from Barcelona during the current summer transfer window, as the Spanish international has entered the final year of his contract with the Blaugrana.

It has been reported that Barcelona will not enter into a financial bidding war with Ferran Torres regarding the renewal of his contract, amid anticipation from Paris Saint-Germain, who are keen to acquire the services of the 26-year-old.

Recent reports indicate that Ferran Torres wants to move to Paris Saint-Germain in a deal that could reach 50 million euros.

However, the website "teamtalk" reported that Torres has entered the circle of interest of Tottenham Hotspur to sign him during the current summer transfer window, as the London team inquired with the player's agents about the possibility of his return to play in the English Premier League.

The website added that Barcelona have identified Ferran Torres as a target to strengthen the team's attack this summer following the failure to sign Bournemouth star Elie Junior Crobbey, as well as the failure to sign Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen due to the Nigerian international's exorbitant demands.

The coming weeks will be crucial for Ferran Torres' future as he has to decide whether to stay with Barcelona or move to another club.

According to the source, Ferran Torres wants to stay with Barcelona, but the player feels he should be better appreciated by "Barca," while the Spanish club has expressed its willingness to renew the player's contract during September with a salary in line with the team's current salary scale.

Ferran Torres has the upper hand in determining his future with Barcelona, especially with the Catalan team preoccupied with trying to sign Julian Alvarez, the Atletico Madrid star, and the club's need for a pure striker.

Despite Tottenham's interest in signing Ferran Torres and Barcelona's desire to keep him, the player's most likely option now is to move to Paris Saint-Germain, as the latter is making every effort to sign the former Valencia striker.
