how should parents behave with working children know right way from expert

It's natural for every relationship to change over time. Especially as teenagers enter adolescence, their relationships with their parents begin to change significantly.

No matter how old they are, children always remain children to their parents. "What a mess this room is! Nothing is put away properly! Such a careless girl! I wonder how she manages to work at the office." This has become a daily routine. A mother grumbles this while tidying up her working daughter's room. Even though she knows her daughter has recently been promoted by her company and is soon to leave for America, a mother's heart remains the same. She doesn't stop interrupting her children over trivial matters.

Handle them carefully
Even though children legally become adults by the age of 19 or 20, they still lack the emotional maturity that comes gradually with experience. At this age, some children are in their first job, others are away from home pursuing higher education in another city or country, while others are still living with their parents, studying or searching for a job.

Even though these young people appear very confident and smart on the outside, they still need their parents' support and guidance. However, these children also have a sense of ego and feel, "Now I'm grown up, I know right from wrong, and I can make all my own decisions." Therefore, they become upset whenever their parents interrupt them.

So, whenever your young child seems upset, don't question them at that moment. After a while, when they're comfortable, try to talk to them and find out what their problem is.

Breakup problems
At this age, most young people are struggling with issues like relationship breakups. If your child doesn't want to discuss this issue with you, give them some time. Create a comfortable and happy family atmosphere. Try to learn about their problems from siblings or close friends.

Explain to him or her that life is a journey of meeting and parting. In the future, you will find a better partner. So, forget the past and focus on your studies or career.

Problems related to professional life
If you want to protect your child from professional challenges, consider their interests and offer them the opportunity to pursue further studies in their chosen stream after 10th grade. Don't pressure them to study only science or commerce.

If your son or daughter has just started attending the office, don't ask them too many questions about the office every evening or offer unnecessary advice. Give them the opportunity to learn from their experiences. If they ever share their own concerns about the behavior of their boss or coworkers, listen carefully and offer appropriate guidance.

Ease in financial matters
In most families, when young people get their first job, they spend a lot of money shopping, traveling, and giving gifts to loved ones for the first few years. Don't stop them from doing this for a while and let them enjoy their newfound financial independence.

Then start explaining to them lovingly that "Right now you do not have any household responsibilities, this is a golden opportunity from the point of view of savings and investment and you should make good use of it."

Don't keep distance in your mind
Nowadays, after landing their first job, some young people move away from home to other cities or even abroad. It's natural to miss home, as there they used to find everything from breakfast to dinner ready. All their clothes were stored away in their closets, but now they have to make all the arrangements themselves.

While domestic help is often available in our country for tasks like cooking and cleaning, this isn't easily available abroad. To protect children from such problems, enlist their help with household chores from a young age.

Your young children are busy with work or outings with friends, but their parents miss them deeply and often worry about them, often leading to insomnia. To avoid such problems, it's best to talk to your child to find out when and what times they have free time, and to schedule those times for video calls.

You should also be responsible
Young children also have certain responsibilities towards their parents, which they must fulfill. Therefore, you should also keep these things in mind:

-Be caring towards your parents and help them learn new technology.
-Sometimes invite friends and colleagues to your home, your parents will be very happy to meet them.
Sometimes surprise them by giving them a lovely surprise gift, and sometimes go out with them to their favourite place.
-If their health is deteriorating with age, take them for a routine checkup.
-Always maintain decency and respect when interacting with them.
