Real Madrid concluded all of its deals during the summer transfer window by presenting its new Ivorian player, Yann Diomande, who became the latest face to join the Royal team's squad.
Nineteen-year-old Yann Diomande joined Real Madrid from German side RB Leipzig in a deal worth €125 million, with the possibility of the fee rising to €140 million depending on bonuses related to the player's level and performance, making him the most expensive signing in the history of the Spanish club.
Real Madrid explained on its official website the details of the player's presentation ceremony, confirming that Florentino Perez, the club's president, received Diomande in the meeting room, where the player signed a contract extending for 7 seasons, to continue with the team until June 30, 2033, before receiving a model of the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium, a watch and a shirt bearing his name and the number 25, in the presence of honorary president Jose Martinez Pirri.
With the addition of Yann Diomande, Real Madrid has closed the file on presenting its new signings this summer, after the list of new faces that the Royal Club chose to strengthen its ranks with in preparation for the new season was completed.
