"I pray that the situation in Kalimantan improves soon. The entire community can return to normal life, and Isenmulang FC can be based there and become a team the people of Kalimantan can be proud of," said Konate.
Unfavorable conditions in Kalimantan forced Isenmulang FC to play three consecutive away matches in the first three weeks.
Konate hopes this emergency situation can be resolved quickly so his team can compete and entertain their fans live on home turf.
"I pray the situation improves soon. I really want to be able to play there again. Hopefully, things will improve soon," said Konate.
In the first three away matches, Isenmulang FC failed to get any points, losing against Arema FC, Bali United, and Bhayangkara FC.
Konate said he was delighted to be able to experience the competitive atmosphere again, which now feels much more competitive with the new regulations. Konate said the Super League's progress was palpable.
"Yes, there are a lot of differences now. The last time I played in the top flight, there were only four foreign players, but now there are seven. I'm very happy to be back in the Super League," said Konate.
Next, Isenmulang FC is scheduled to play its first home match by hosting Persebaya Surabaya in the fourth week of the Super League at Tuah Pahoe Stadium, Palangkaraya.
