French star Kylian Mbappe stole the show with a funny moment during the press conference for the Real Madrid vs. Inter Milan match, scheduled for Tuesday in the UEFA Champions League.
During the press conference held on Monday, Mbappe noticed a bottle of Gatorade energy drink in front of him, so he moved it away from the cameras' view, before moving it away again a second time.
Mbappe's action brought to mind the famous moment of Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo during Euro 2020, when he pushed away two Coca-Cola bottles from in front of him, and held up a waterbottle saying: "Água" meaning water.
That shot generated widespread global interest at the time.
Interestingly, Mbappe, whose name has been frequently linked to Ronaldo during his career, today repeated a similar scene after more than five years, although this time with a bottle of Gatorade and not Coca-Cola.
