Pacheco will enter the ring with an undefeated record in 26 professional fights, including 19 wins by knockout.
The Mexican-American boxer from Los Angeles is known for his long punching range, refined technique, and punching power, which are his mainstays.
Pacheco won the WBC Silver belt on December 13, 2025 after defeating Kevin Lele Sadjo via unanimous decision.
He then defended the title in July 2026 with a knockout victory over Immanuwel Aleem.
Prior to capturing the WBC Silver title, Pacheco held the WBC USA super middleweight title from 2021–2025.
This title is one of the stages in his career journey towards international competition.
Meanwhile, Fulghum will face Pacheco with a record of 15 wins, one loss, and one draw.
Of his 15 wins, 13 came by knockout, demonstrating the boxer nicknamed "DFG"'s ability to stop his opponents before the match ends.
The fight against Pacheco was Fulghum's first opportunity to fight for the WBC title.
Fulghum is looking to capture the WBC Silver belt and end Pacheco's undefeated streak.
On the other hand, Pacheco is determined to defend his title to strengthen his position in the race for the super middleweight world championship belt.
The WBC believes the winner of this fight has a good chance of improving his standing in the race for the main super middleweight world title.
