Axelsen is ready to serve Jonathan with the best conditions in the semifinals   Men's singles badminton player Viktor Axelsen has bagged the best preparation and ability in the semifinals of the Indonesia Open to face the host's representative, Jonatan Christie, Saturday.  "I'm in the best condition right now. After adapting, I can slowly restore my fitness condition," said Axelsen when met in Nusa Dua, Bali, Saturday. Axelsen admitted that he was in high confidence and was looking forward to today's duel and was grateful to be able to advance to each round without any major problems. "The semi-final will meet Jojo. He is a great player and it will be an interesting match to watch," said Axelsen.  This he conveyed in connection with his stamina which had been drained after undergoing the quarter-final match by defeating Sai Praneeth B. from India.  In the match which took place on Friday, the Tokyo 2020 Olympic gold medalist performed well and bagged a straight two-game victory with a score of 21-12, 21-8 over Praneeth.  After the match, Axelsen felt that his condition was gradually improving, thus making him determined to serve the 2018 Asian Games gold medalists at home.  "I am proud to be here and to go far in this event. I just want to focus on facing every match," said Axelsen.  Jonathan stepped into the semifinals after being declared a walkout winner(WO) against Anders Antonsen (Denmark) who resigned after suffering a problem in his chest muscle before the quarterfinal match.  The last meeting between the two players took place in the quarter-finals of the Thailand Open 2021 in May. Axelsen won the match in two straight games with a score of 21-14, 21-5.?
