Supreme Court warns High Courts against interfering in the affairs of educational institutions.

The Supreme Court has directed the High Courts to exercise caution in interfering in the affairs of educational institutions. A five-page judgment issued by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah In which it was stated that the High Court should refrain from interfering in the policies and rules of the universities.

Apart from violating the law and fundamental rights, other matters of universities should not be interfered with.

The university has academics who can make better decisions regarding students. The job of judges is to decide according to law and not on personal likes and dislikes . It is formed by following the law.

Republic Day 2022: In view of the situation related to Kovid-19 global epidemic, about 24,000 people will be allowed to be present during the Republic Day parade on 26 January this year in the national capital. Sources said that in 2020, before the global pandemic hit the country, about 1.25 lakh people were allowed to be present during the parade. Sources said that like last time, due to the global pandemic, no dignitary from abroad will probably be invited as the chief guest. India is planning to invite the leaders of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan.

He said that this year, out of about 24,000 people who will be present during the parade, 19,000 people will be invited and the rest will be the general public, who will be able to buy tickets.
