Because of a technical malfunction, the United States prevents the F-35 fighters from flying

A technical failure in the emergency seats has ground hundreds of American F-35 aircraft, which is the most modern in the world, which poses a threat to the safety of pilots, according to the "Berking Defense" website.

The "Birking Defense" website revealed that the US Air Force has ordered hundreds of F-35 warplanes from flying due to the discovery of a malfunction in the emergency seats, which may prevent pilots from safely exiting the aircraft during an emergency and poses a threat to their lives.

Air Combat Command spokeswoman Alexei Worley confirmed the temporary grounding of the F-35s on Friday, pending resolution of the issue.

According to the website, this seat works in case the pilot feels danger, as he can release his seat outside the plane, and it is equipped with a parachute to ensure the pilot’s safe landing. However, the technical defect threatens the safety of the pilots, which shows the urgent need to ensure the operation of the emergency seat.

The news comes days after the Air Force's Air Training and Education Command announced that it had temporarily grounded nearly 300 training aircraft due to a CAD supply problem, and the Navy separately acknowledged that it had ground an unspecified number of trainers.

For its part, Air Force spokeswoman Arjen Lockhart said in a statement that the Air Force is working to maintain 203 T-38 and 76 T-6 aircraft suspected to be equipped with the technically defective CAD system. Meanwhile, Hebrew media reported today, Saturday, that the technical malfunction caused the suspension of the supply of planes to Israel. Channel 12 said: "The F-35 will be grounded in the United States and soon in Israel due to a malfunction in the life seats in most planes, due to a malfunction in the production line." The United States sent dozens of F-35 aircraft, which are of the fifth generation and have unique international specifications, to Israel, as they were activated for military service.
