Tebboune: Turkey is one of the biggest investors here and Algeria will host a meeting of the PLO Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune said that his country's efforts to develop relations with Turkey are "natural due to the long history between the two countries." He also announced that his country would host a meeting of the Palestine Liberation Organization before the upcoming Arab summit in November. The Algerian president also announced that his country would host a meeting of the Palestine Liberation Organization before the upcoming Arab summit in November.  Regarding his country's efforts for months on Palestinian reconciliation, Tebboune said: "Algeria is capable of this task... We are with Palestine, no matter how many facets that represent Palestine."  He continued, "We are with the Palestine Liberation Organization as the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinians."  He added: "We continue the work and, God willing, we will finish it. The Palestine Liberation Organization will meet in Algeria before the next Arab summit."  On July 5, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune held a meeting that brought together Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and the head of the Hamas political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, on the sidelines of their participation in the celebrations of the sixtieth anniversary of the country's independence from France on July 5, 1962.
