Dofir said that one of the very basic things to fight terrorism and radicalism is to develop an attitude of tolerance and eliminate group exclusivity.  He stated that the strategy for counter-radicalism is the general public, students, and community leaders with the aim of instilling Indonesian values ​​and values ​​of peace.  "The strategy to prevent intolerance can be a tolerance campaign, fostering an integrated tolerance attitude and instilling the noble values ​​of the Pancasila ideology and literacy culture," he said.
