Biden's son intends to quit drug use in support of his father

Hunter Biden, son of current US President Joe Biden, said that he considers quitting illegal substance abuse an important decision to re-select his father in the upcoming presidential elections.

RIA Novosti quoted Hunter as saying, "There are now issues that are much more important than himself."

Hunter explained that he was talking about the "future of democracy" in the country and the world.

He added: "Maybe this is the last test for a recovered person,I don't know."

In June 2022, Hunter Biden's ex-wife released memoirs in which she spoke about her ex-husband's drug addiction, and Kathleen Ball (Biden) also spoke about Joe Biden's son cheating on her.

On February 14 of this year, the US Department of Justice announced the discovery of pictures on the president’s son’s phone that may indicate his addiction to drugs. The ministry’s report confirmed that in the aforementioned pictures, bags containing prohibited substances and tools for their use can be seen.

According to the ministry, the photos were taken at the end of 2018, and Hunter Biden had pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.

Trump is appealing a court ruling ordering him to pay $454 million in a fraud case

Former US President Donald Trump has filed an appeal against a New York court decision in a fraud case, according to a document submitted by his defense team.

“The defendant, President Donald Trump, appeals the decision of Judge Arthur Engoron dated February 22, 2024,” the appeal to the New York State Supreme Court said.

According to the New York court ruling, Trump must pay $454 million, including interest, in a lost civil fraud case.

Trump was convicted of inflating the value of his assets to obtain loans on better terms.

Engoron ordered Trump to pay a $354.8 million fine, plus interest, last week after discovering that he conspired to alter his net worth to obtain tax and insurance benefits.

Since Engoron's ruling last Friday, more than $87,000 in interest has been added to that amount every day.

Well-known journalist Tucker Carlson criticized all the accusations against former US President Donald Trump, describing them as ridiculous and laughable.

It is noteworthy that the American judiciary is pursuing Trump in several criminal cases, most notably the storming of the Capitol building,  the possession of secret documents , as well as his relations with pornographic actress Stormy Daniels and journalist Elizabeth Jane Carroll.

But Trump himself has stated many times that all these accusations are political in nature and described the current situation as “chasing ghosts.”
