The German newspaper "Vaz" reported on Saturday that Berlin and Kiev may conclude a joint agreement on bilateral security guarantees during the Munich Security Conference scheduled to be held on February 16.

The newspaper added, citing German government circles, that the bilateral agreement is supposed to be signed on February 16th.

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Olga Stefanyshina, told the newspaper that the draft agreement is under preparation and its text has not yet been fully agreed upon, but it is “largely ready.”

The Russian Ministry of Defense also warned Western countries against supplying weapons to Ukraine, and vowed to crush it on Ukrainian territory.
