A doctor points out the benefits of walking barefoot

Dr. Ivan Andreev, an immunologist, advises removing shoes and walking barefoot on grass, sand, and gravel to enhance the body’s immunity and prevent diseases.

According to him, children as well as the elderly need to walk barefoot.
