Jakarta - Head of the State Civil Service Agency Zudan Arif expressed his appreciation to all state civil servants who were on duty during the Eid holiday to ensure that services to the public continued.
"We really appreciate the dedication of our fellow ASN who still have to work during the Eid holiday, such as health workers who are on standby at hospitals, health centers, and other medical facilities, Transportation Service officers who ensure the smooth flow of homecoming and transportation, including ASN who work in prisons, and other public service fields. This is real evidence of ASN's commitment to serving the community without stopping," said Zudan in his statement in Jakarta, Saturday.
In the scope of BKN itself, he revealed that during the Eid holiday period this year, all BKN employees continued to show productive performance in supporting personnel administration services.
Among them, the number of personnel proposal letters processed in the period from March 28 to April 4, 2025 was 479 and the issuance of NIP Pertek issued during this holiday amounted to 4,005 Pertek.
Not only that, during the Eid holiday, BKN also ensures that digital-based ASN services such as sharing systems, such as SIASN and online complaint portals can still be accessed by government agencies and the general public.
In this way, BKN service users can still carry out service processes, especially those that require BKN approval such as NIP proposals, Promotions, Transfers, and Retirements from agencies to BKN, so that the personnel service process continues to run even during the joint leave period to meet BKN service work targets.
This commitment is in line with BKN's vision to ensure continuity of public services, including during important moments such as holidays.
"We remind all ASN to maintain the spirit of service and professionalism, especially in important moments like this. Happy Eid al-Fitr, please accept our apologies," he added.
