Madura United beat Arema FC 1-0.

Madura United defeated hosts Arema FC with a score of 1-0 in the postponed match of the 2024/2025 Indonesian League 1 at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar Regency.

The only goal in the match without spectators or supporters of both teams was scored by Madura United player Iran Junior.

The match in the first half was tight with both teams insisting on attacking and defending.

The home team, Arema FC, controlled the ball in the match which was overseen by referee Rio Permana Putra.

The squad nicknamed Singo Edan had many opportunities to score goals. However, the passes they had could not be converted into scores.

The reason is, the visiting team Madura United's defense was able to thwart the home team's chances.

Until the two teams went to the break, Arema and Madura produced a goalless score, aka 0-0.

Entering the second half, Madura United's kicks were actually more accurate statistically.

As it turned out, two minutes after the second half started, the squad nicknamed Laskar Sapeh Kerrab scored a goal.

The only goal in the match occurred in the 47th minute through a hard kick from Iran Junior.

The player with the number 10 on his back managed to get past several Arema players and then fired a shot right into the middle of the goal that the home team's goalkeeper Lucas Frigeri could not anticipate.

Arema tried to catch up by building attacks.
