"Many studies have shown that quality sleep plays an important role in children's physical growth, brain development, and emotional stability. Therefore, creating a good bedtime routine is very important to support growth and development," Tina said in a press conference in Jakarta, Monday.
Tina said the duration of sleep needed by children per day varies depending on their age. For example, children aged 0-3 months need 14-17 hours per day, 4-11 months need 12-15 hours of sleep per day and 1-2 years 11 to 14 hours per day.
