An UMKM named Duo Ayu Sehati, a snack producer with the SIKOK brand, has successfully penetrated the modern retail market after officially partnering with Indomaret, one of the largest retail chains in Indonesia.
The UMKM product received a contract that includes filling products in 2,000 Indomaret outlets throughout Jabodetabek for the next year. If the market response is positive, this cooperation has the potential to be expanded to 7,000 outlets throughout Indonesia.
The achievement of the UMKM from Babel is a big step and can be a source of pride for the local community because it has gone through a long process to meet the quality and capacity standards set by Indomaret.
