Teen Accounts comes to FB-Messenger to protect teenage users

Jakarta - Meta introduces Teen Accounts on Facebook and Messenger, a feature that automatically activates special settings for teenage users to protect them from prohibited content when using the application.

As reported by Tech Crunch on Thursday, this feature will be available in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. In the future, this feature will be available in more countries.

Teen Accounts first launched on Instagram in September last year, after Instagram and other popular social media platforms were criticized by US lawmakers for not protecting teens enough.
