Trent Alexander-Arnold said his love for Liverpool has never faded after ending his 20-year stay with his boyhood club.
"I have been fortunate enough to live my dream here and I will never take for granted the special moments I have been fortunate enough to share with all of you. My love for this club will never fade," Arnold said on his official Instagram.
Arnold announced his decision a day after Liverpool suffered their first defeat since sealing the Premier League title, against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
"After 20 years at Liverpool Football Club, it is now time for me to confirm that I will be leaving at the end of the season," said the 26-year-old.
