The Main Secretary of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Imas Sukmariah officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Provision and Updating of Employee Statistical Data and/or Information with the Ministry of PANRB, the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), and the State Administration Institute (LAN).
"This signing is a strategic step to support the distribution of subsidized housing to State Civil Apparatus (ASN), in accordance with the Astacita program of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto," said Imas in his statement.
Minister of PANRB Rini Widyantini revealed that each agency that is part of the PANRB Ministry association, namely BKN, LAN, and ANRI, has received an initial quota of 1,000 subsidized housing units for ASN in their respective environments.
"The distribution of subsidized housing is prioritized for ASN who earn below IDR 14 million per month and do not yet own a house," said Rini.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait emphasized that his ministry is ready to be the spearhead in distributing housing subsidies, not only to ASN, TNI, and POLRI, but also to the wider community.
"As an extension of the president in the housing sector, the Ministry of PKP will help distribute housing subsidies for the lower class. This is proven by the increasing realization of subsidized housing mortgages, which is one of the performances of the Ministry of PKP, which increased by 1,173.92 percent or more than 11 times in the first quarter of 2025," explained Maruarar.
He added that the government was collecting data from 23 priority communities, including farmers, fishermen and other informal workers.
