Google introduced a series of new artificial intelligence-based features for Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Vids with a primary focus on increasing user productivity and efficiency.
In Gmail, Google added personalized smart replies , a smart reply feature that is now able to understand the context and tone of the user's voice.
As reported by Tech Crunch on Thursday, this technology will display details from previous emails or documents in Google Drive to provide relevant reply suggestions automatically. Not only that, the reply will also adjust the user's tone, whether it is formal or casual.
