Manchester United (MU) suffered a 3-4 defeat at Brentford's headquarters in the continuation of the 35th week of the 2024/25 Premier League at the Gtech Community StadiumMU led 1-0 first through Mason Mount. Brentford then turned the lead around to 2-1 until halftime through own goals from Luke Shaw and Kevin Schade.Brentford added two more goals in the second half through Kevin Schade and Yoane Wissa. Brentford is in 10th position with 52 points, as quoted from the official Premier League website.In the match, MU almost scored an own goal in the 3rd minute. Luke Shaw intended to give the ball to Altay Bayindir with a header, but MU goalkeeper Altay Bayidir was tricked and luckily the ball rolled outside the goal.MU led 1-0 in the 14th minute. Mason Mount pounced on a low cross from Alejandro Garnacho that rolled across the goal.The match was quite tough. Both teams dueled more in the midfield.
