Persis Solo coach Ong Kim Swee asked his team not to lose points in the remaining two matches in the Indonesian League 1 competition this season to avoid the threat of relegation.
Quoted from the official Indonesian League website, Tuesday, Persis Solo now only needs three more points from the two remaining matches to escape the brink of relegation after successfully gaining full points at PSBS Biak's home ground in the 32nd week.
"Our target is not to lose points. We are trying to get important points, but we get a bonus from the players' sincerity. Coming home with 3 points gives us a good position, but that doesn't mean we take the upcoming match lightly," explained OKS.
In the match against PSBS Biak, Persis Solo managed to win with a score of 2-0 thanks to goals scored by Fransiskus Alesandro in the 38th minute and Ramadhan Sananta in the 90+4 minute.
