Proliga is considered important in producing talented young athletes

Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo assessed that the national volleyball competition Proliga has a strategic role in producing talented young athletes who have the potential to strengthen the Indonesian national team.

"This Proliga has presented many new athletes with great potential. This should be maximized for the national training camp. Volleyball competition is very important for athletes," said Minister of Youth and Sports Dito in an official statement from the Ministry of Youth and Sports quoted in Jakarta, Tuesday.

He emphasized that this kind of competition must be maximized to recruit athletes for the national training center.
