WAFA reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed the southern part of Hebron and arrested the freed prisoner Abdul Rahman Mahdi Barqan, after searching his home and ransacking its contents. They also arrested the child Yousef Ashraf Amro, and the brothers Bashar and Muhammad Ayman Amro from the village of Deir Razih.
Israeli occupation forces continue to close the entrances to Hebron's towns and refugee camps with iron gates and earth mounds, and have tightened their security at the checkpoints surrounding the Ibrahimi Mosque, according to WAFA.
In Ramallah, Israeli forces stormed the city center and assaulted a young man inside a bakery, sustaining fractures. They also arrested a Palestinian citizen after raiding his home in the village of Deir Abu Mash'al, west of the city, according to WAFA.
South of Nablus, the Palestinian villages of Qusra, Beita, and al-Lubban al-Sharqiya witnessed pre-dawn Israeli raids, during which occupation forces patrolled residential neighborhoods without making any arrests.
On Thursday evening, a number of residents suffered from suffocation due to the use of tear gas during the raid on the eastern village of Al-Lubban. The forces continued to fire the gas and prevent vehicle movement within the town for more than an hour.
In parallel with the genocide in Gaza, the Israeli occupation army and settlers escalated their attacks in the West Bank, resulting in the deaths of more than 958 Palestinians, the injury of nearly 7,000 others, and the arrest of 16,400 people, according to Palestinian data.
