Member of the Indonesian Regional Representative Council (DPD RI) Ni Luh Putu Ary Pertami Djelantik requested that the results of the investigation by Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional for East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara regarding complaints about fuel oil (BBM) in Bali be disclosed to the public.

"The meeting was held to find a solution to public complaints submitted through the Lapor Niluh channel on social media," said senator Ni Luh Putu Ary Pertami Djelantik in Denpasar, Tuesday.

The senator from Bali explained that the effort was part of transparency regarding the investigation into the problem, both in terms of fuel, the quality of tanks at public fuel filling stations (SPBU) and other related investigation results.

Ni Luh held a dialogue at the DPD RI Bali Provincial Representative Office in Denpasar with the state-owned oil and gas company, after complaints emerged from the public, one of which was through reporting channels on its social media.

Meanwhile, Executive General Manager of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara (Jatimbalinus) Aji Anom Purwasakti explained the follow-up to handling public complaints by conducting investigations and lab tests which are currently underway at Lemigas, Jakarta.

Then, provide a helpdesk at gas stations and cooperate with several workshops to handle repairs for affected vehicles.

"We will reimburse the costs of repairing or replacing fuel filters and cleaning the tanks of affected vehicles," he said.

The party will continue to add these services to make it easier for the public to convey complaints, suggestions and criticisms for improving energy distribution services.
